We are excited to be moderating a session at the second annual Legal ESG Summit. The focus of our discussion will centre around the leadership role we believe lawyers must play in advancing responsible business, positive impact and the just transition.

We are joined by an excellent panel of experts to debate the issue: Christina Koulias, Fmr. Lead of Governance United Nations Global Compact; Tom Shropshire, General Counsel and Company Secretary, Diageo plc; and Cynthia Williams, Professor of Law, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
